Fairy Faustina Sawyerr is an administrative and operations professional with experience in executive support, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, event management and organisational planning. At The Bold New Normal, she supports the coordination and delivery of key initiatives across programmes, conferences, partnerships, communications and community engagement, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to help move ideas from planning to execution.
Biography
Her professional experience spans administration, corporate planning, operations and project support, equipping her with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate diverse stakeholders and support the effective delivery of projects and events. Fairy holds an MBA from Accra Business School (now University of Gold Coast) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Linguistics from the University of Ghana. She is passionate about connecting people, creating meaningful experiences and contributing to initiatives that empower people and advance Africa’s growth and development.
